Share in the Value of a Transaction

This remuneration is set as an agreed portion of the value of a case or another subject of legal relations. It actually concerns the type of fee per service remuneration used in cases where it is possible to easily ascertain or estimate the value of a transaction (e.g. remuneration for a complete legal service connected with transferring the ownership of real estate, set as a specific percentage of the total price for the property).
